◆ How does the commission process work?

1) Please fill out this form or contact me through my email or social media. Please note that I will not be doing FCFS because I work on multiple commissions simultaneously.

 

2) I will send you an Invoice through your email. I receive full payment upfront.

 

3) I will send you screenshots of multiple sketches for approval before proceeding. During this stage, you are allowed to suggest changes to be made. Any additional changes after the roughs have been approved may cost extra.

 

4) Once the commission has been completed, you will receive a high-resolution PNG file of your image(s) and the right to print, post, or display the image for your personal use.

 

◆Commercial Use?

Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise discussed. If you wish to hire me for commercial work, please contact me by email to discuss details.

 

Commercial use of private commissions is not allowed. Commercial use includes selling or otherwise profiting from the image(s). Examples of commercial use include, but are not limited to:

 

Selling the image(s) to a third party.

 

Selling prints of the image(s).

 

Selling T-shirts, bags, stickers, or any other merchandise that uses the image(s).

 

Selling the rights to post or use the image to others.

 

◆ What type of drawings you will not work with?

I do NOT draw furries, mecha, gore, or elderly-looking characters.

 

◆ What is your refund policy?

If I have not started a piece or a substantial amount of time has passed with little/no progress, then a refund can be issued.

 

◆ Do you work under deadlines or have privacy fees?

I do not normally work with deadlines but I always give an estimated delivery time. A rush fee will be applied if you want the commission to be completed by a deadline.

Privacy fees will be applied if you want to keep your commission private.

 

◆ Other Terms

Do not use my work for the purpose of Artificial Intelligence learning, blockchains, non-fungible tokens (NFTs), or anything related. I reserve the ability to use and reproduce the image, including but not limited to posting on my portfolio and social media platforms.
